Research
There is a proposal in development for a SPAR-GIS task force or council to support the coordination of GIS activities involving Special Populations. The purpose will be to foster the exchange of lessons learned and to develop best practices for this area of emergency preparedness and management. The research area will be where research projects can be posted that are within the area of emergency management, special populations and the use of GIS. Please submit a summary no more then 2 pages, of the project with corresponding contact information. Your project will then be posted here and on the SPAR-GIS forum.
